Declan O’Dwyer has been a chartered member of the Royal Institute of British Architects for thirty-eight years. He is a former principal airports planner of the Irish Airports Authority, with responsibility for the master planning of Irish civil airports and military aerodromes, and for the planning and planning evaluation of buildings and structures at (and in the vicinity of) the Irish state airports (both civil and military). He is currently Senior Partner with O’Dwyer & Jones Design Partnership, established in 1984 and specialising in Aviation Planning and Architecture.
